X. Lubrication and maintenance of machine tools
—- after each shift
(1) Clean the entire machine, and the surface of the feeding workbench and the surface of the sanding roller should be free of dust.
(2) Check the compressed air filter to remove the condensation.

—-After work every week
(1) Lubricate the lubrication points of the machine according to the lubrication requirements in the table.
(2) Check the air venting device to remove the condensate.
(3) Check the sanded graphite cloth and replace it if necessary.

—-After monthly work
(1) Lubricate the lubrication points of the machine according to the lubrication requirements in the table.
(2) Check the tension of the machine feed drive and the lift drive bar, and tension if necessary.
